Hi.
So i asked in playerquestion what class was the fastest to level for warrior haste and Destroyer won with out a doubt, from forum posts and friends advice. http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?t=205204
So I move the topic here as I guess all elit orcs hang here.
I wanna solo RB`s so I can get high as possible, all info is nice. thanks.
Some say to pole RBs with minions.
Some say go Sword for Crit rate.
Some say go blunt to get the most out of the skills and more accuracy.
i cant say i am pretty experienced but when u read the spells like rage and frenzy the give u 3 bonuses..
1-general
2-if u have blunt/sword
3-if u have double-handed blunt/sword
2 handed blunt or sword, doesn't matter, oop CoV and maybe pp, especially raids with sacred weakness, just do like 5-6 lvls lower raids and you should be fine. You also can use what ever lvl SE for stigma, SE doesn't get raid curse from stigma, just pretty short raidparalyze. So you can stigma boss at least few times.´And I used only own lvl weapons, no S grade with elements. Take lof of GHP with you.
But do just like "normal raids", minions first, then boss. Avoid bosses with healer minions that run away. Those are pain when you solo.
And pretty sure you know allready, kamaloka gives nice exp solo at least with full vit heh. (port in with other toon, then soe it out)
that's nice.
it's nice that you can have augments from level 76+ life stones on your subclass, you can get some pretty strong stuff including crit rates.

or is that a bug?
It is not bug. Augment is limited only during augmentation process (you can not use stone higher lvl than you), but you can use by any lvl. Only grade penalty can "turn off" augmentation effect.
So, it is ok to augment c grade weapon with main char using 76+ stone and use it with 4x lvl sub.
Actually augmentation effects are balanced and even with 76 high level stone you will not get "win type" augment for c grader.

Soloing 40+ raids is still possible. When I was doing the subclass quest for my bladedancer I logged in to find a 3 party raid group about to do longhorn. I figured sweet! Get this out of the way and keep plugging at it....
A friend of mine logged in who normally xp's in toi and I were both getting increasingly frustrated after watching 4 failed total raid group wipeouts. I logged in on my titan and quite a few people laughed at me when I said I'd solo it. It was a fairly rough raid because the 2 of us were teaching their healer how to raid on the fly and only had access to pof (before they changed it). Myself and a random DA (who just wanted to get his XP back from the previous attempts) were the only people damaging the boss.
With the right support the bosses will go down, but expect a learning curve if you haven't done it before. ie. Expect to die a few times. The most difficult part of soloing raid bosses is maintaining communication between the group. Raid bosses with healers do tend to lengthen the raid true, but it's just a matter of knowing when to root / arrest / mana burn the minion.
My weapons would change based on the type of raid I was doing. If it were just a raid boss I would use my HD w/focus, RB w/minions = SS w/haste and for RB's w/ healer minions I would use my HD first on the healers and then change to SS. It's all situational based.
No matter what kind of raid you are doing COMMUNICATION is the key. For example: by random chance your healer pulls aggro and starts to run. They should stop and let you take the RB back. If it looks like they don't have enough MP to keep themselves alive long enough for you to do so, let them die and get res'd. Another example where bad communication comes into play is when you are working your HP to frenzy / guts with the raid boss. Sometimes a heal is popped before you skill or sometimes right in the middle of it. No big deal, just let the RB hit you more.
highest boss i did solo with oop cov and boxed healer+dancer was kernon so far (think thats lvl 75.) higher bosses arent a big deal as well, but i'm not good in boxing, so i usually prefer live ppl over boxes and then its very easy, as long as u dont pick dumb ppl who dont know what to do.
but if u pro in boxing and have better gear i think u can also easily solo longhorn and higher bosses with just boxes.
i've only witnessed a pheonix knight solo the Hero rift boss without even losing hp at all.... they actually start the raid with no hp... lol... (heal's his buffer until his hp is below 30 or 25%)
i beleive the hero rift boss is 78, and it PoF's itself to.
If you really solo this way, no support in group after first dcer/pp buffs, around 50 bosses goes really hard with c or b grade weapon. Well for sure, different story if you have lower lvl support like bd, sws and/or healer in group what you box.

i dont count rift boss as a raid. thats way to easy for a raid, u can click on it chat a bit with ppl and after 5 minutes its down...no single ghp needed for that
