also try asking NCsoft's support who is the official timecard reseller in your country, and if they answer ask those. if you buy timecode anywhere else you might have a problems

Those people are crooks, avoid at all costs. A clannie bought from them, price on the website was ridiculously cheap ... Next day he gets an email that price has increased by $10 (on a $20 item), he says fine refund and don't deliver, they say no, we refuse to refund pay us an extra $10 or loose the $20, he goes to paypal, they deliver, paypal closes the claim, month later they report the timecard they sold him as stolen he gets banned. Took a lot of phonecalls to ncsoft to sort it out.
