i asked before but never got a clear answer about who i should petition with? as the character who lost it was not a main and i don't want to wait around for hours waiting... on a character who won't get exp'd
i mean in case i want to play around on other toons, will the petition go through no matter which toon i use?

You should be able to petition with your other character on your account as long as you specify which character it was that lost the item. You can also fill out a ticket on our website as well.
There is bug which need to be repaired asap, but meaby a lil shorter break? its end of month, is 15-30 mins possible?
We will try to keep the downtime to an absolute minimum but I'm afraid that this maintenance will take closer to one hour. :(

What type and in what conditions itens have desapeared? how do i know if i lost one item? i have a lot of itens in my toons and wh if i lost one single item maybe i will not remember! you should explain better
Is it only stuff that has been moved around? Such as trading, depositing, withdrawing, buying, dropping, etc. Or if I log on will stuff just be missing?
I traded 37k SSC and a few mats before server down, luckily I didn't lose anything (even though it wouldn't have been a catastrophy in my case ^^), let's hope that the problem is fixed :)
Servers back up, was it really fixed? Anybody test it out and still have problems? :confused:
It was not fixed. Now I have items missing, before restart It was just bugged, I could not use them, and now It are missing.
hmm I moved some drop resources between characters and moved all to the WH.
I did have problems doing this, ie the items were not moved to wh, and then I relogged and tried again, moving 2-3 items at a time and at the end I cleared the characters' inventories.
I also had 0 item stacks, I had to delete them because I had no place in inventory for quests.
so are these resources all lost now? because obviously I did not check if the quantities were correct in the wh, I don't even remember how much was there.
I'll check if I still have all those vitapops though...
Logged in , droped things on the ground still the same amount when I picked it up.
Deposited stuff in my wh and and everything is like it should.
Seems the bug is fixed.
Looks like the issue only happens before the fix. A friend has some issue before the fix (he drop and pickup some shots) last night and no items were lost since. But he has some issue with lost shots before the fix - maybe the fix was not retroactive.
it is safe to log in now. luckily i didn't do any drop and pickup before the fix so i didn't lost anything.
after 5 hours of waiting... i had to resubmit, after another hour, i was asked to resubmit from the character who had the loss...
so... now i'm sitting around on a non leveling toon out of clan, being bored to death waiting for petition to go through...
shoulda just done the lame email in ticket...
clearly the ingame petition system is worthless.
