Warcryer base buffs

I have so far leveled my warcryer to 60.. soon A-Grade.

I was to be, in the long term, a replacement for my Heirophant 78 as a buffer to use in places other than outdoor where herbs drop with my Arcana Lord and Destroyer.

So my question is, what level would both the buffs be reasonable enough and the xp gain be significant enough to throw the wc in with my Arcana Lord 78?

I appreciate there will be a loss in damage output from the buffs that the prophet can do, but I imagine with the Arcana Lord having its own effective COV that the loss shouldnt be too significant.

He won't get ww (Chant of Movement-FS) til 72 if that's important to you.
