adventure buffs

Not sure if anyone else had tested this so I did.Went on my lvl 68 se,
buffed him with the help of the npc adventure guide,it gave him all lvl1
adventure buffs.The empower says m.atck increase by 55%,my se can
buff empower3 which increases m.atck by 75%.So unless this a bug,
these buffs not really replace the se or other buffers that much.

they aren't meant to, they are meant to help people without buffers and boxes get by. Not all of the newbie buffs are max level buffs. Empower level 1 is all you get, as is Haste 1 for people under 40 (but the newbie one will overwrite haste 2 if you have it). It'll be nice for having VR in kamaloka at higher levels tho.

save for Haste which is level 1 haste until 40, then level 2 haste until 75.

The newbie Empower is weaker than Emp 3, Emp scroll/juice or Emp herb.

All buffs with the exception of Empower has the same effect as the max lvl buffs you can get.

Newbie Guide
Haste 1 = Haste 3 from PP or WC
Shield 1 = Shield 3 from any buffer
Magic Barrier 1 = Magic Barrier 2 (doesn't go higher) from any buffer
BTB/BTS 1 = BTB/BTS 6 from PP
Emp 1 = Emp 2 from SE
Acumen 1 = Acumen 3 from PP or WC
VR 1 = VR 4 from SE or WC

I think I got all buffs covered there.

Empower is weaker cause at lvl 52 SE get empower lvl 3.

As you all already know. Our high lvl buffs for those of us still under 75, Will not overide the town buffers buffs. I bufffed with town buffs then buffed my 68 Overlord buffs and only got 6 of mine to show up.

So let's pk these buffers for doing such a lousy job and missing buffs.

Wind walk level 2 is wind walk level 2... i'd rather keep the 1 hour wind walk.
same goes for Shield, Acumen and Magic barrier...

so subtract those...
and you get
Zerk
Guidence
Might
Agility
Bless the Shield

Well either way since I have my own buffs on my Overlord, I'm not gonna bother with the adventure buffs. Now on my AW they are still usefull to me.

Warcrier and Overlord get Fighter Adventurer Buffs since Gracia 2.3?(Not sure when)

So the addition of Haste 2 to any OL soloing is a nice bonus.

Maybe i'll recheck it out, but once they wear off ,I won't be running back to town just to get rebuffed that's for sure.
