I have been playing for less than a year (since around May). My girl-friend introduced me to this game and since this is the first game i have ever played like this i wasn't sure what to expect. Imagine that for a moment... the FIRST mmo someone ever plays being L2. I started with a Tyrant now I'm an SH. I have played just about every class in the game aside from the light elves and I am happy with my SH. Heres what i find so funny about this forum and the people I have run into in game in the last 6 months:
YOU CRY ABOUT EVERY FREAKIN THING
See someone in better gear than you or get pk'd by a stronger toon. CRY
Another class gets love from the Dev's. CRY
You get your toon all the way to where it can actually be capable of something just to discover you're a horrible player. CRY
Your toon cannot one shot every other class in the game and you actually have to push more than one button... (and this is not an exaggeration. I actually saw a post where someone was complaining that they had to spam pots or something).... CRY.
Everyday it's something new. I log on to these forums and read your posts and chuckle to myself and think... "how fortunate for these people that their biggest concern in life is a game" And I laugh to myself as I watch children try to "one-up" each other or call each other names for the sake of making themselves feel better about them selves. Now I am absolutely certain I will be called everything from noob to ******ed for my post... but hey at least I will have some thing to laugh about later.
Here's some advice from your Uncle Synner.... Go have a beer, calm down, relax and enjoy your GAME. Because it is after all..... a game.

but, I agree. I am going to cry at ever little thing that doesn't go my way in game. I deserve to have the most uber toon, 1 shot everyone, have the best gear, and be lvl 85 simply because NCSoft owes it to me for paying my $15/month. However, I can't have any of that, because the bots and ebayers are stealing all the legit mans air. Is it my fault I chose to play a fortune seeker? You see this two handed blunt? It should totally beable to crit people for like 1,000,000! I mean at least I can still roleplay and passout beer, because nobody wants my class in a party.
So I am going to sit in my neutral clan... and point fingers because I've never seen a drop list from an epic raid, and I am only 76 so I can't get into HB. Although those vesper weapons they are pwning me with were totally ebayed! Those s80 sets, totally ebayed too! I mean it isn't possible to hunt for 4 hours in a tullys a day, and get enough orichalcum in a week to craft at least one set, and get quest items to get recs at the same time. Of course they have to bot to use those weapons because there is no way they can be 84 without botting, its impossible to get 1+% an hour 85 in this game . I mean I am get .5% an hour at 76 in my catacomb room, and I clear all the mobs with my OE'd a grade weapon because it has pretty flames. You see my awesome apella armor? its hawt... it gives me more CPs so I am not a one shot to those dirty lvl 85 botters 300 S84 weapons. I'd have 300 weapons too... but those dirty botters won't let me into the seed. I mean... all I want is to get 300 element on my s-grade weapon I just crafted after 15 attempts, I had to play my 30 alts to farm all the mats for it. I don't even know what Tiat looks like... but because I pay $15 I am entitled to farm the compression stones, I mean come on, how is it fair that they can pk me in there?
I am on a roll... lets see what else I can come up with.
I can sense just a hint of sarcasm... I LIKE IT!! There is more to this game than being able to own everybody around you. I sat in Giran last night and watched a friend shout totally random crap every few minutes while another friend was attempting to negotiate over a DC helmet. While yet another was attempting to craft a Tallum Glaive. They got their weapon I got my helm and to be honest... it was the most fun I have had in like a week.
Earlier that day I had been PK'd by some random idiot with a grudge against my clan. No big deal. I'll see them around again and this time I won't let them catch me unaware. Why would I come on the forum and cry about something like that... I'll leave that to the children who like to cry about Nova or CD or FS or any other thing that they have no power over.
I think the new Vanguard skill is over powered, but not that much if you consider it as a improvement to those classes overpowered in the past, but not that much these days, except the Berserker and warcryer

i mean the name itself implies Dominance.
Dominators should be built with an I win button.
in fact, they should be built with 7, just so they can switch it up, and never get stuck with reuse penalty.
