Okay so ive posted before asking for locations and been told mutiple times by NC West employees it drops, yes it drops floor 5 toi muls wizard group... now if youd like to change that answer please
the transformation scroll Vale master does not drop anymore and the koreans are working on this please can someone be told to keep an eye out for their update and institute it in ours ><
No i talked to a bunch it was continually escalated up and i had several messages with one GM and in the end i was told yes it drops, where the location was, just that it was rare....I would say the GM names in order however its not permitted to post conversations or anything like that involving nc soft employees :P
That post is made recently, so i guess it was drop (extreme rare) before Gracia Epilogue. Did you tried hunting them before the update? If you try now, well, we all might need to wait for the patch now.
The monsters in the Stakato Nest are now lvl 82/83, dropping Dynasty stuff. Different monsters, different drop lists. Your Transform Sealbook - Heretic is priceless :D
I used my Vale Master :) its cool looking. I got it a long time ago on floor 5 of TOI. When Some Mindless artificial people did not pick it up off the ground as I was passing through. Great find :) But anyway I had heard it was removed a while ago.
I am still trying to get lucky and get a Gordon Transform drop!!! :( I mean I'm GordonEvil I should be able to transform into Gordon!!! :) Someday!
