From what I gather, that only means no "bug fixes" but the rest should work but yea anything 'new' will not be in there.
I have a feeling that this thread will be closed/deleted - but wanted to say that besides all the 'bad stuff' that it had on the site which would not allow it to be a L2 Fansite, it was very helpful when you needed to find stuff out.
It does suck, L2WH was really nice to have even without the rates showing.
I kind of got the hang of using the L2 Korean site without knowing a lick of Korean. For the new areas, goto Elliebelly's site ( http://www2.elliebelly.net/index.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=15 ) and click on one of the posts for the new areas, they have a list of the mobs for those areas with links to the Korean site. Simply put that web page through Google translator and you can actually read the drops/spoils, though no rates.
It's far too much to do, but I think at this point it's the only way to see the drop tables for every mob. Now I need to figure out how to navigate through the other mobs in the older areas.
What is the correlation between Lineage 2 and terrible websites? The official l2 site is terribad and (no offense to himred) the l2wh one is aswell. If you look at the Aion versions of both, they are glorious. :(

Go to the NCKorea Powerbook Wikipedia starting page: http://power.plaync.co.kr/lineage2
The rightmost column in the upper row of the "table of contents" has the location descriptions. With a bit of try-and-see clicking you will get to the hunting grounds. There you will find monster lists, recognizable by the rows of property icons. The links to the left of those icons lead to the respective monster's datasheet. For some reason the HP values there are all too low, but drops (above) and spoils (below) are correct. They are directly imported from the Development Department :)
Well, i think that at least 50% of the traffic of l2wh came from the market tool, so they killed it at the point they started to "charge" for it. Sad thing is that the other tools are really awesome to not be updated. Maybe l2wh could donate these tool codes for some other site...

yea actually was the time I stoped going there when think of it.
I can say Himred isn't in it for the money, the site and game itself has lost so many people somethings just aren't worth updating anymore. He is simply asking how many people use the site and it's features now.
