what is nProtect? is it something I have to buy to play the game?

it is GameGuard. Lineage2 uses it to combat keylogging.

sadly its included with the game, but it dosent do anything at all, other than frak up the game

some antiviruses do see gamegaurd as a virus and will add lineage2.exe to your virus vault. You won't be able to play if this happens, you'll have to add it as an exception to your antivirus program.

oh and btw...edit your 1st post and remove the IPs or you risk having a moderator do nasty things to your forum account. posting IPs for private servers is a big no no.
