regeneration is cut in half at level 1

regen is down to 2hp/1mp per tick at level 2 and movement speed decreased by 66.6% (weight level 66%+)

level 3 renders you immobile (90%+ weight cap)
The weapons in the inventory exceed??!! Should be The weight in the inventory exceed i guess..

Because i guess they mistranslated that one. :)

Edit: Just noticed that that they say the Bonus is sharply increased as well... Should be decreased.. :p

That was the old lvl 3 yes,
lvl 3 these days lets you still walk, but slower then at lvl 2.

There's a lvl 4 that immobilizes you (100%+ weight)
yeah, i often find myself above 90% when buying shots to restock warehouse... yes, i buy shots... i try to find a good price, but still not as cool as those who make their own...
somebody has to buy them, or else those porr dorfs will go out of business...

anyway, i digress, i move extremely slow... when that much weight is involved, i haven't tried the 100+% yet... though it can be done easy with +/- con equipment.
You stand extremely still when at 100%+ weight, you can't even do emotions lol :D
i've managed 127% weight limit.....

not fun... not fun at all..... specially in the middle of the mobs

can't prefform a skill soe.... or anything.. royally toast
7 signs buff?
i've managed 127% weight limit.....

nice, i did 111% ^^

how did you ? o_O

i've never been able to go that far ...
I think I could make it 200%+, with weight limit augment and weight increasing accessories. Too bad I don't have that augment anymore (frankly, I find clarity augment much more useful on a main weapon).
weight limit augment is nice...
but those buff augments:(
they stack with regular versions, but are only 2 minutes...
it was very annoying, although so far the only one i have had was guidence...
and i scrapped it in hope of a crit bonus:)

also it was on my mage weapon, so i didn't have it equipped on a regular basis. change weapons every 2 minutes for a semi-usless buff was kind of not worth it. vampiric rage would be nice, clarity would be nice, haste would be nice... but not guidence...
a friend of mine has might as a passive skill on his... kinda neat.

lots of circumstances can put you at well over 200% weight limit ...

the moment you hit 100%.... your imobolized...
can you get more items while over 100%?
i mean if youa re in a party on a healer or buffer more likely...

while in party... yes i beleive so..

tallum

Actually i'm wearing a MW Tallum set that instead of just a little over 5500 weight it gives about 11000 weight bonus... whle if your sitting right on 100% without anything and put on the armor.. you'll be able to move... this really doesn't need to be discussed as blessing prophecy or decrease weight is fine to.... or a weapon with 2x weight limit augment
