All servers will be coming down for emergency server maintenance to correct the server name issue that occurred during this mornings update. The servers will be coming down at 4:30 PST / 6:30 CST / 7:30 EST / 12:30am GMT and the estimated downtime is approximately one hour.
We apologize for the additional downtime but this issue is one that needs to be fixed today.

also... what is this i hear about not being able to scratch rudolph after disconnecting? would this also apply to server resets?
and how long for real will this be? because i was in last minute of buffs in the middle of hostile area... after buff i was going to go to a safe spot...

yeah... first thing i saw when i logged on was that we had a two way war with dominant pvp clan on the server... i was quite taken aback with fear...
what on earth have my clannies gotten us into...
Yeah, I have disconnected twice now (before the server shut down) and when I relogged, I could not scratch Ruldolf after restart. He still eats the fruit basket and gives you the little buff, but without being able to scratch him, you cannot get the hour buff.
can a gm give us a reply, ppl are staying up at 2 and 3 am in the morning to do this, and we suddenty get this. At least tell us we cant help you so we can go sleep.

1: I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A FREAKING RAID!!!! WTF??? if i knew RR was coming i wouldn't have wasted my time!

It will be great to fix "instance in use" issue too, /instancezone say "no instances currently in use" other instance NPC say u cant enter, fixed by whole party restart.

I feel bad for you raiders but she did say in another post that was posted several horus ago "Please spread the word to your friends so that everyone can find their server today! We anticipate a brief server downtime towards the end of the day today for a fix to this issue."

You know GMs can use the command //announce right?
Why would i have to be looking arround the forums to find out bout that?
Anyways i wasn't informed bout this and the word didn't catch MY ear.
it's true... they could have given off an hour or even half hour advanced notice. where maybe some clans who are in the middle of something... could petition for more time.
it was very abrupt.
and as i said earlier...
they even screwed the time themselves...

gratz ncsoft you made 50 players waste 5 hours trying to finnish a raid with your random un-anounced downtime :) nice way to run the game.

Thats your own fault, she said in another thread that the servers are up but will be brought back down later in the evening.

Merge all NA servers into 1 then we wouldnt have to worry about whos name is what. Game is D E D anyways and im sure itll be alot more easier to fix if somthing messes up.
When servers went up wards appeared in the orginal castles and some players were able to pick them up, after NPC server came up, the skills were added correctly, but the wards that were picked up are still ingame and players can drop/pick at will O_O

Event is still broken for me (QQ), The three reindeer i tried under various conditions, none of them have a "scratch" button. GM petision is outstanding for 3 hours now.
lyzira u guys need to take a look at bartz server cause after the patch came out yesterday me and my party members keep getting crit errors trying to move into towers in hellbound ( old town instance). problem still exists even after a full check from all members and a restart of computers. This was obviously none existent pre patch. ty

Not true. Spam announced when MuShu was removed from Bartz at any time. They can announce anything, at anytime. So they could have said something else to give fair warning to the servers before the 15 minutes "only" announcement.
@MaoMao, yes, thanks, that was it. On my Paladin I am ALWAYS "transformed" in vanguard stance, so i logged in transformed after the maintenance, and the button was just not there. Once someone else let me know this morning, i un-transformed and there was the button with the nice helpful text about transformations :) Button should have been greyed out with the text.
Also wish i didn't have to wait 4 hours for a totally clueless GM to cancel my petition for not enough info, gg ncsoft

LoL. When in doubt and there's no sufficient GM support available, find your Options.ini file in your "C:\Program Files\Lineage II\system" folder and delete it. Then run a full file check when you restart your client. It will replace it. It usually works for me.
