Had it once, yesterday. Was confused, tried to reproduce it, never got it to happen again. But yes, ALL the UI elements moved at the same time, like they were one big UI element.
my ui problem was different...
i have restarted the game in hopes of fixing the issue... but i won't know until later...
the issue:
when minimizing windows... inventory, pet interface...
then reopening it, if click to move... the top would eat its way down a minor bit... each time minimized, it would eat its way down a bit more.
so... my pet interface...
the top bar with the - X on it to close or minimize was down below the mp bar... i still had actions available... and i could still see the mp/hp bar...
but they were outside of the window, as if a transparent background.
i clicked the NAME button, but all i did was move as if there was no button there.
i figured it was just a weird glitch... so i've restarted.
i tested before restart on inventory and it did the same thing, so i don' know...
