As far as I know they do not hire remote at NC-West. At least they didn't use to. Plus the location is marked as "Seattle" -- not "Remote."
Also a Community Coordinator is not a Community Manager, at least not in the games I worked for. The Community Coordinator reports directly to the CM, but they are what I like to call the "front line warriors." Usually the CM is around and has their hand in everything, but the CC's focus on specific tasks/projects.
Every company has different names for different positions, NCNA could very well call their CM a "Coordinator" but in my experiences they are not the same. And the reason the turn over is so high for these positions is because people go "OH! I want to work for an online game! OMG it would be like, the bees knees! It's going to be so much fun! All I do is play a game to work!" WRONG. It's long hours, underappreciated, low pay, and extremely high stress.
