Just got an allegedly "newsletter" from NCSoft which looks like absolute phishing scam - but the landing page is made extreme detailed. So detailed it is easy to be taken for a real.
Errrr... In case it is really send by NCSoft (which I prefer not to believe) it is hilarious... I contains just some NCSoft safety rules including "Ncsoft... ... will never send you links to click..." AND it contains link to change your password. For safety reasons of course:rolleyes:
The exact same message (same text) I got in that mail is also up e.g. on the Aion website as an official announcement, and also on the l2 website ( http://www.lineage2.com/news/news.html#a016564 ), so I'd say that mail is legitimate. Still, better to not click any link in any mail if you want to change your password, but instead go first to the official website and then click the link there for the account management.
