Every day game client is crahing minimum 30 -40 times.. every time I try to swith from full screen mode to window mode client is crashing.. Every time I relog I lose places of bars like pet bar.. Every time I try to move pet bar lost (moved automatically behing chat bar) all game bars are moving like they are selected all to be moved...Game is crahing most times without no reason!!! FIX IT.. IT never Happened Before.. Before I played in fee shards and in russian official servers.. but it never happened..
It happens only in Euro OFF...

Soulshots are being automatically disabled.. it shows enabled in the bar.. but its actually disabled.. hits without using them.. it happens A lot during PVP and PVE...
in last hour got 7 crashing error.. now get one more.. FIX IT...
While relogging agressive mobs attack me without any taken action.. why? they should attack for 10 minutes..
If you haven't already, please submit a tech support ticket with the error logs :)

Today at Dino i was with a cardinal,our bsss didnt work about 1-2 times on both of us,they were clicked on bar but when we noticed our toons no bsss on weapons.
Dino also makes our life difficult stucking on the ground(inside nest near trex),all people i see coming xp die at least 1-2 times every day cause their boxed buffer stucked on ground.
I have a very good graphic card and pc,dino nest is the only place so far my boxed se is stucking all the time.
Since is the only place for nukers 80-84 lvls can you see what's wrong and fix it?
I am leveling my glad mostly in catas.. and in every 5 minute it happens to me.. can u imagine? you are fighting with glad againsta 5-6 mob in your level in cata and soulshots doesnt work.. pretty **** good.. you are dead man without potions..
editorial note my pic in no way is meant as mean humor but as a long time l2 player i've had lots of issues within the game like porting to mos and getting blackscreen forever and when relogging it would just disconnect me when i tried to log into that char. i could log into ever other char. just not the one that ported.
there have been lots of intermittent bugs im sure many other people could site and the pic is meant as humor from the l2 community side. I personally think sace is doing a good job and wish i could help her express herself saying

Not being able to use soulshots/pots for a short period of time is server lag not a client bug
The pet/summon thing happens to me too, sometimes when you try to move the pet bar around the whole UI moves with it. Usually a simple options/Audio\System/Initialize fixes it.
Haven't got any L2 crash issues in a long time, though i'm running XP, maybe some update of Vista or Win7 causes it?
But seeing you get errors trying to send an error report or even getting a different page after filling in their form..., i would think of memory problems instead.
if ur so annoyed that ur boxed support get stuck, get the real deal and stop complaining

The game is supposed to crash as it is doing now.
