Server Maintenance - 1-12

All servers will be down for maintenance on Tuesday, January 12th at 8am PST / 10am CST / 11am EST / 4pm GMT. Estimated downtime is approximately 2 hours.


All Raising Rudolph Event NPC's will be removed from the game, along with the following event items:


Santa Hat Set
Santa's Gift Box
Santa's Gift Box - Jackpot
Santa's Weapon Exchange Coupon - Regular
Santa's Shirt Exchange Coupon
Santa's Weapon Exchange Coupon - Jackpot
Santa's Weapon Exchange Coupon Box
Christmas Shirt
Rudolph Necklace - Event
Rudolph Baby Food
Periodic Christmas Weapons

will you inform us of the exact number of Jackpots that are removed?

it seems NOBODY (again) got one.

if it were "only" the ++ weapons it would have been nice, but with all the other crap, special the jackpot that none has gotten...

i'm still a little sad that i have 8 reindeer remaining...
but since no food dropping, no chance to get their buffs:(

I still have like 10 deers all at 99 except attention which is on 75, so practically can take buffs from all of them, wish they didn't remove everything :) Deers ok but at least should have kept the boxes a bit longer, rly cools the OE weps for alts/subs :< Oh well, imo event was ok, not perfect but not too bad as well :)

That was in the event description, it stated that the event (i.e. mobs dropping stuff) would end on the 5th, while the npc would stay in town until the 12th. I made sure to feed all my reindeer before maintenance on the 5th so I just had to scratch them to 99% whenever I needed a new buff.

you can still use the deers for buffs, I did just last night. they are summoned at 99% appetite now so you just have to be nice to them for an hour. I think... I dont' remember feeding them all beforehand.

would have been nice to leave the shirts and weapons in game since they only last 4/24 hours :/

It would be nice if this update fixes the random crashes and lags i get while i play. :p

Shame no one gained a +12 A, it does make it look like it was just a ploy to make people play more/return/PAY more...... but it was a fun event none the less!

ye it was a good event.. I wonder why they need 5h to make the server up again ;O

can you fix the l2.bin errors that crash out game?

Let's hope that the removal of Santa, Satan, whomever, also removes the L2.bin crashes.

lol sace, u see the profanity but u dont see the l2.bin crashes or not even willin to discuss at all about them when a lot (and i mean a big lot) of ppl talks and ask u do do something about them; seriously, u ppl should have more respect for your costumers :/

That is because clearly using bad words on the forum > l2.bin errors.
