Even in L1 they admitted it was bad code from NCK and Nyx was in that thread as well......

If thats what your getting at, our cm babysits these boards, maybe passes along concerns to korea and doesnt have a hand in game dev (if they did, im sure theyd do more to get alot of you to :D )
But this is a North American/European service at the time being, and NC-NA has a Producer and Assistance Producer, which I assume means they have QA-Staff and we have seen our own changes take place.
If the service is crashing here they have the staff available to fix it. That's part of localization when the client comes from Korea to begin with.
