Yeah it would make sense but I think what is stopping it is the fact that male and female Soul Breakers have pre-40 skills that are different.
The Only way for Kamaels to change sex is to add a sex-dependant mainclass as a sub, and then make it your main.
That means:
Male Soulhound / Doombringer has to sub Trickster and make Trickster his main to become female
Female Soulhound / Trickster has to sub Doombringer and make Trickster her main to become male
Sub an Arbalester then use the support thingy (sorry just can't remember what its called) to change it to your main class. That should make your Kamael into a female :)

Then you're out of luck. Females have different base stats as males (females are more dextrous, males are stronger) + their skills are sex-dependant (females have warp+ultimate escape, males have some kind of rush+sword shield). You won't be able to change your char's sex without changing his class. Not with a kamael. Sorry
I like warp better for pvp. I almost always nuke everything to death, rarely need to be in physical range. For my personal playstyle warp would be better for me kiting.
Kodi if you haven't yet, I'd suggest making the customer support team actually earn their money for once. Send in a ticket to them describing that it is the shared male and female class of the kamael. If they are really out to support the players then they will work this issue for you and not give you some stupid automated response.
It being a shared class of the 2. They should make it that if you want to change it's gender you can. You get a female or a male automatically if you pay to do the sub transfers with Kamaels. So why would it be so tough to change a non subbed Soul Breaker's gender?
They will most likely tell you they won't change it. If that's the case then they aren't out to have good customer support and you'll have to start your Kamael from scratch.
