She said "I'm afraid I'm not able to currently pull that list at this moment in time but hopefully will have a complete solution for you soon."

so many "bad reputation" players changing server exp in afk mode, than coming back with new name...and we dont know who it is/was,
In name change and server transfer both, monetary transactions are involved. As such, there has to be an entry for every single one of them, for tax purposes, and these entries have to be recorded for a few years (how many years exacty depends on the local laws), in case of a tax audit.
So I would be very surprised if it was not possible to pull the data. It might be a bit tricky, of course, the finances are a sensitive matter and generally not everyone in a given company has the right to access them.

Namechange service w/o full list including archive list is kinda joke.

they cant even update the list of items in game with recipes, skills etc and you want a list of name changes??? there's only 'that much' you can really expect from NC

does the list only include name changes which involved the user's decision?
if they were to use the name change paid service?
because a lot of names which were changed due to complaint won't show up on the list. then again, i don't know most of these people.

You're kidding right? Yea maybe they 'have' to keep records of numbers, but there is no way the IRS will ever say, "OMG! YOU DID NOT GIVE US CHAR NAMES OR WHAT SERVER! AUDITZAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111111111one"

No, I'm not kidding. If you knew what kind of data a company usually keeps around to be able to - if needs be, in court - tell exactly who did what when how why to whom, you wouldn't be so surprised either.

i've never worked for a company that didnt have rooms devoted to data storage both digital and paper. everyplace from a supermaket to big bussiness to the federal govt. keeps records of the most mundane things for years and important things pretty much indefinatly.
