hmm that screen was made during xmas event *points to xmas event window* ..... and one or two weeks ago there was a report of ppl who expoited the skill enchant system (+30 & +15 skills) got a temp ban and thier skills resetted to +0 .... so where is the problem?! :D
no that exploit was for all enchantable skills but regardless it's possible to get 1 skill to 15 at 82 as long as you throw enough save enchant books at it.. at lvl83 I had 1 skill 15 and several others at like 11.. the limiting factor is the amount of SP you have (and your KE farming skills lolz).

well i'm 83 (soon 84) and i have 1billion of SP... ok i'm a dorf with less skills than other classes :D
and just because someone has +15 skills at 82 doesnt mean they are hacking. Learn the game please
True but thats exile and that clan is the nr 1 clan of teon besides silenthorrers their enemy. Those 2 clans are just using every exploit ebay bots to get more power. So it does not suprise me that it is +15. Probably most of them are already +20 let alone +30 skills but thats just a guess
It is theoretically possible to enchant to +15 at lvl 82 if you throw enough mastery codex at it, but the chance must be very VERY low. Like single digit % low. Going to +10 at lvl 81 is already 10% or so, so +15 at 82 should be lower.

it's possible without exploit, you just need a lot of money for a lot of mastery books, and some luck and enough sp.

An Arcana Lord got his King Feline at +13 when he was 82 (and +15 when he was 83). It only cost some Mastery Codex, it's not really hard
You have 20% of success ? Buy 6 books, click 6 times and with luck it's ok :D
And he did that 2 months before the Xmas event, so I don't think we could speak about any **** :D

In fact, It's not cost but Time (it's a translation error) The cost is 53MP at +0 or +15, just check Lineage2.rochand.com to see the cost at +0. So this enchant increase the time of para, and the chance to Land the debuff as the skill level is higher

In that case, I'd say someone's very lucky with their Codex collection or I smell RMT.... Or they've been playing since day 1 and have a lot of adena. :o
