Need Advice...

Hey everyone.

I started back in Oct 05, played for a month and quit.

Lvl - 44 Prophet - Phoniex server.

Back then I remember Prophets as a great support class. And from what I've read they pretty much got left behind.

I just reactivated my account. I'm trying to decide is it a complete waste to continue to lvl prophet? Bishop seems to be far superior, is it possible to change back? I'm still a newb in this game. Just looking for some good advice. I'd probably stay mostly casual till I got closer to end game as I do raid full time on WoW atm.

ANYTHING is better than prophet.

unfortunately you cannot change from prophet to bishop, you have to create a new toon. btw bishop is pure and best healer, but if you still want to be a buffer like the prophet is, warcryer is the best choice. If you want a mix of healer/buffer SE is good, or a bit more healer less buffer EE.

The good news is that it is now fast and easy to get a new toon to 40 with vitality and noob buffs :) Try it, you will be amazed :D

1-20 follow the Newbie Guide quests

Grind a bit and at around 35 there are a string of quests starting in Dion temple that give good xp/sp, as will your class change quests.

and yeah, prophets used to be awesome but no more :( see my sig lol my main used to be a pp but I switched my sub to main... which they promptly nerfed too :confused:

prophet's is not what they once were sadly. It's easy to re-roll another class as stated above.

Welcome back, and yeah, I would play another class too. If u like support chars, play Sword Singer, everyone wants it :).

Welcome back. Common gear is cheap to get and you should keep your old gear. Use what you can of it on this new main of yours.
