Now that everyone has learned a little about Sace through her daily activity, I think it's a good time to complete her Q&A. As you are aware, Sace is the Lineage II Community Manager.
Please post any questions you might have, but keep in mind they'll probably only be answered if they are relevant to Lineage II, within her realm of responsibility, and of a non-personal nature. I wanna ask something aboyt l2 gameplay ... If i had a 75 lvl subclass i take 3 sills . If i delete this subclass the skills stay in main char or deleted???
1. Do you role play in game?
2. How often do you PvP? If you do, how you rate Lineage 2 with other PvP style game you might have played?
3. Besides moderating the forum, working with fan sites, making events, harassing the GMs, what else do you do?
1. Why did you accept this job when you probably knew the negativity that people have about lineage 2/community/ncsoft. Did you think that you got it in you to change it a bit? Or do you like a challange?

this is my question which I think is very concerned about many of the players:
When the European part of the company NcSoft will work on attracting new players, the online servers is reduced with each passing day, it may take another couple of years, and will not play with anyone, it is very sad ...
1. Are you enjoying lineage and getting addicted..? You've played some other mmo and was wondering if you are finding lineage to your tastes.
2. I know its probably not deemed a suitable game for mass western market, but are there any publicity plans in the pipeline to attract new players..?
3. Where can I buy some lineage pants and/or panties..?
Dark, I think I saw some Lineage 2 t-shirts back in their EU store. One of my clan mate actually ordered one last year. But for pants and panties... errr.. I strongly think they might not offer them! XD

1) Do you ever log in hidden on your builder account to watch sieges or other large player interactions (mass pvp, TW, etc)? If so, what has been your impressions about player interactions on that level.
2) We know you're working on updating the site, etc. However, something obviously broke down in the past in order to allow the official site to fall into such disarray. Now that you've sat in the CM seat for a bit, what do you think that problem was, and has it been corrected?
1) What do you think your biggest accomplishment has been since you joined as the CM of Lineage II? (Personal, community or both)
2) Knowing the stressors your job comes with, all the CM's and Community Support people I know have something they do to de-stress. For me, I bake! What do you do? LOL
3) There are 2 ways gaming company's look at a CM: Ones gives the CM a lot of freedom (within reason) to make changes and have a real impact on the game(s) they manage; And then there are companys that have 6 1/2 miles of bureaucratic tape and approval for changes coming from people who don't even know what the game is about. I realize you won't talk down about NCSoft, but do you feel like you have the freedom to make changes as your team deems necessary, or is LII pretty set in stone and reliant upon Korea for changes? (Long question -- sorry!)
-- Specifically the reason I ask this is because NC/NA seems really reluctant to offer pay services that have a large boost to retention and moreale of the community (ie, NC-Coin items, etc) and that is closing you out from a large share of the market.

1)reading your interview on l2vault(this one with vampire staff link)i can understand that u dont have the proper l2 knowledge.so the questions is,why do u think ncsoft want u to work for them and dont prefer any "old hard core l2 player"?how u can u give answers on some complicated thinks?(u doing well your job,but i want to know how the company works)
2)on the same interview u say that u play atm,so...how can i be sure that u(and the other workers there who might play)dont take some players personal?i mean if someone pk u ingame,or whatever,it will have the same encounter with your ingame friends if a problem occured?
