Koreans are not historically christian so we have an April fool's day event instead! The April Fool's day event is one where you think you are getting an event...they send out a newsletter saying hey look here for info...and the info never arrives.

no, you can go to your Play NC master account and add as many L2 Keys as you want for accounts. your login info will be different for each key, but your Play NC account if it is ever hacked will crack all your other accounts, so it would be a very unwise security measure to add more than 1 account per play NC account.
although you are quite right, many of us made multiple master accounts for our boxes. it would generally be unfair to do this character trading thing without giving us the option to merge master accounts. (support already will not let you do this).
