After 2 hours of dinogenocide,i got 1 adamantine,1 orichalcum,1 leonard and some cokes(...??!!?).Almost forgot to add 3 S grade weapon parts(awsome...)
The place is harder to hunt than IoP,and there the drops are better(now i understand why bots keep staying at the Plains or IoP).
Imagine a group of 4-5 ppl, trying to share the drops...
actually it's pretty easy once you get used to it a bit.
i exp there with kooka even without a healer (because i leech on the char on the same account as my SE is on, although I still get mana gain from that SE which relogs after buffing).
all you need is a nuker that can 1 shot velociraptors. can be done at 78 I think. extra attribute (above 150) helps a lot for some reason (perhaps they have some attribute defence to negate)
anyway if you have no healer then do not agro big groups even with mass nukes because they will likely get close and kill you since you can't hit all the mobs with one mass nuke usually. so only pull 1 closest mob and when it gets far enough from the gathering, shoot it. its group will then follow (3 or 5) out of the gathering so you can kill them 1 by 1 easily.
if the tyranosaurus starts saying "?" then just run from it. if it sniffs around and you cant run away fast enough (so he would not see you after sniffing) then stand still doing nothing, it will use mass skill and run away. however if you move after/during his sniffing then he will run for you and all you can do is bsoe or die.
cant comment on drops, there is no other area in game who drops something better.
fog/doe ect.. may drop attribute stones but they drop also much less adena.
it's a general game's issue, its silly on s 80 areas to drop a/s blades and almost no mats.
what this area should have is a really good quest, the tunique rec q only make these recs so cheap thats useless,it should have also parts reward and some ori/ada quest like on doe.
