Known bugs thread

Sace,

Possible could you make a "Known bugs" thread where issues that have been reported and verified are listed? Perhaps updates can be posted. I am not sure of your process but from what I understand

- Bug is reported
- Bug is verified by QA team
- Bug is sent to Korean development team
- Developers reproduce bug
- Developers prioritize fixing bug
- Fix is created and tested
- Fix is offered in future patch

Something which indicates where the bug is in the "fix" process or any estimates on a fix would be appreciated by all.
Good idea - BUT, it will never happen, heck, even at my company we don't do this - it can cause too many problems if a company said "this will be fixed on this date" and something happens to that timeline, the emo QQ begins.
ok so if necessary remove the timeline and allow the rest of the request to stand.

It would help the playing community to know that the TW earrings are considered bugged, etc. Some say it is a bug that will be fixed, others say it's a text error. There isn't a clear answer. This is just one of many examples so please don't feel the need to comment on this particular instance.

what is wrong with TW earrings? o.O
i doubt this would happen:

NCSoft will rarely own up to a bug unless they know for sure what the bug is, and are confident it can be fixed (either in house or korean dev) otherwise they are owning upto to an incompetence in which they have no control over... so i wouldn't expect a list of "bugs".

in addition... putting any kind of time scale or "its fixed in a future version" only annoys the community more, as they will keep asking "when is it fixed?" so in that respect you can see why its best for them to do nothing :)

(or at best fix things behind the scenes without any community expectations)

And some of them NEVER get fixed - for example, the quest in Hunters Village where the NPC allows you to select up to three different options on which mini quest to do. There is one that has been bugged for 3 or more years and is still not fixed.

Not trying to spread the hate, just wanted to point it out.
