There is no such thing as zero tolerance in Korea ... depends on revenue and favorites just like it does here
I believe they have the Auto-bans, where if you try to use a program you get automatically banned. Just like Rutail.
Dude if the rus got auto-banned for cheating then there would be no one left to play on their servers.
Look:
The Russian Official L2 servers bans players that use l2control & l2ranger etc. so the NA servers can as well.. All they need to do is have the NA GM team ask the RU GM one to share their methods.
Right now the RUOFF ban policy is: if you'll try to use bot or radar, you get 3 days ban for first time and for next tries 7/14/30/FOREVER.
Pretty sure most people will stop trying to cheat that way after the 3rd warning ban so this should also work fine here imo ?
I want it to be managed by the koreans for the following reasons :
More events
More real presents from events as well ingame as in real life
more events in real life too like meet and greats
better odds in events to get items
better forum / information / interactivity between creators and players
better website with up to date contents (and at least i wont have to read
those gibberish translations from google annymore)

unless they ban temporarily (for a few weeks). which they do.
i heard they ban forever for some offences though (perhaps like using exploits) but idk
This poll is utterly silly.
In case you didn't notice, top managers of NCNA have Korean last names.
It's safe to assume they do exactly what NC Korea tells them to.
They've been managing the game in this way since its release.
If you want to see something radically different then I guess you should purchase the license and try to do something on your own.

And then have your license revoked when NCsoft sees your success as a danger to their own business.
