Paying for changes

Right so im getting a little confussed about these changes you can pay for to get put on you character(s). So when its says you can pay for a Subclass change does this mean i could pay to have my Temple Knight changed and if so exactly what could i chage it to? Does this mean i can change it to a class that isnt even in my race or will i only have chance to change it to Swordswinger?

Also what is a Subclass seperation? Is this for the classes afters 52?

Well that is why i was asking, i have read those links already but they are really e and dont explain what you can change exactly. So just tell me know, what can i do with my Temple Knight? what are my options? Just another class in the Elven race? Or another class altogether including ones in different races?

Subclass change = change a subclass that you have already gotten to 76 + your main instead of your sub.


Subclass separation = allows you to split a 76 + sub off of yourself into a completely new toon.

This page (http://www.lineage2.com/Knowledge/subclasses_2.html) will show you what subclass you can acquire depending on your main class. (Do this by clicking on Temple Knight on the list, and the classes that aren't greyed out will show you what subclasses you can get.) Say you are Temple Knight 80 main and a Tyrant 80 sub, but after playing Tyrant you decide you like Tyrant better than Temple Knight. Of course, Tyrant is capped at 80 because its a subclass. Using the Subclass Change account service, you can make Tyrant your main and take it to 85 (and Temple Knight becomes your sub, capped at 80.)

Is this onetime or can you switch back? The FAQ says you can switch back after three months but then a little further down is says it is final so "choose carefully".

you have to have a sub class, then you can change to that sub class if you want. Personally, if I were to do that I'd choose to separate them. Sure you don't get some passives from your sub but you can have a second noble toon with a little work.

In places where it says, the service is final so think carefully before choosing, it's saying that you will pay for the service and the service will go through. If, after the service you suddenly want to change back, there are no refunds, and you would have to purchase another account service to make further changes. Accounts are indeed time-flagged to check if you have used the service in the last three months or not.
