ofc it's possible. cata is nice place, try to find some rooms with white or green mobs with low pdef. halberd crit stun is good, or OE C or B pole with an SA (probably crit stun best). will want a real weapon with an SA, allows you to hit 8 mobs instead of only 4 mobs with no SA. Majestic heavy probably best armor because many mobs in good areas of 6x level catas stun. Or if no stun mobs, tallum heavy. With COV you should be fine wherever tho and in whatever heavy armor you want. 2nd type of mobs in Martyrs may be good for try out.
