party hunting?

hi im a returning player after three years...
so many have changed im not sure what to do first.
i'll prob lev my char up to 40~50 lev without much problem, but after that i think ill need parties. how can i find parties? i could see that anyone hardly uses the party matching room....

just have to shout out your class and see if anyone wants to join you. maybe find a clan, they have parties all the time

shout out in the fields? or in giran?

is there any way i can find out where ppl are hunting? there are jus so many dungeons and fields ;(
