I'd say the old leaders are still banned and the clan voted for a new leader. The new leader was given all the gear in the clan wharehouse. To give out fairly to the rest of the clan.

nothing should happen either. That is my opinion and I apologize for offending anyone, but they should leave it as it is.
They can't leave it as is. Remember the Hindemeth and Gustin merge where they had to do a clan fix becuase a player got his HERO toon banned on Hindemeth. From what the GM's said that was a mess to sort out.
So i'm pretty sure they don't want that same headache from last time with the new server merges coming.
They've already said it wouldn't have a retroactive effect, didn't they? If so, there's no rush to do it before mergers. If your leader gets banned before the policy is set in place, the clan is dead in the water like it is now (except for the select seemingly random cases where GMs intervene and fix things).

activated an old account...was surprised to find clan hes in still going (still had over 30 active members), got chatting with guys in clan vent was great meeting my "old timers" again :).
just shows clans can continue without leader.....but everyones opinion was vote new leader in....shame it may never be.;)

Go to a high priest or grand master (if you are clan leader) and change the clan leader there. The switch happens during server maintenance.
clan leaders not around anymore..hence system of voting /gettin new leader in is needed....guys holding on for/if NC go ahead with system of voting new leader in.....
