i am able to acess the site now, but my friend cant and his acct went inactive yesterday. He says everytime he goes to my account on l2 website, says page not found, nething u can advise on wat to do sace?
I still cannot believe you told people to apply for a support ticket. To where I got a simple and standard reply which fixed the problem.
Why is it so hard to admit the problem and post the solution + directions here? Are the people who handle the support tickets so out of work that you have to send them all the people that encounter the problem?
And telling people to flush their DNS without instructions doesnt cut it... Not all people know what this is...
