Convert a PTS client to a Live client by using the PTS-to-Live conversion (http://www.lineage2.com/pds/pds_ts_client.html) file.
Once you have a Live client, your client will begin updating tomorrow once the maintenance starts.
Alternately, you can download the Freya client (http://www.lineage2.com/pds/game_dw.html) with most of the content already installed. You will still need to made a small (shorter) update as part of the maintenance.
If you wish to have both a PTS client and a Live client, you can copy the game folder into a second location on your computer and go through the appropriate updates or conversion files until you have both clients.

During this time, PTS will still be up. If you have two clients, you can play on PTS while you download the Live version. Also, tomorrow we will be posting a PTS feedback survey to help you kill time while we eagerly await Freya on live servers!

i trully hope that freya won't bring back the legendary allready l2.bin crash. Btw, it fixed the l2.bin crashes for me when u actually said u did it last time, but forgot to thank u guys
so as soon as servers go down...i can convert my pts client to live..and it will do a short update..:)?..or better to download freya client...and do the update?
damm..i hope to get myself blessed freya necklace...then i will be able to trade it for aq baium and zaken all together :D..i can't even imagine how much it might cost in adena value :)...if it is so unbeatable...whoever gets it from event...will be a rich man :D...

Those files won't save you much time and I would never use files from other sources than the official site because even though the antivirus programs says it's safe, it doesn't mean that there are some altered files that sends your login info to a 3rd party person.
Is the Oly changing with this update or with the High Five update? That is the one topic that I am a bit fuzzy on. So for this month do you have to have 9 matches in or 15 to qualify for oly tokens?

I had this problem to, but i tried run as admin and it worked so should solve you problem.
I didn't do PTS conversion just the regular file check update that we do every Tuesday, the update took about 2 hours so shouldn't be to bad for most ppl regardless of what they choose to do.

I installed the PTS when it came out. The conversion to live took like 2 minutes for me. :)

We're not late. The quoted approximate time doesn't end until another hour from now. :p
Otherwise, I have not yet heard about any problems that will prevent the servers from going live on schedule. If there is a problem or delay, I will post about it ASAP.
There is only one small change that we had to make: in the Freya Celebration event, the White Lady NPC and her bracelets will no longer be celebrating Freya’s arrival with us. The Freya Celebration event continues without her and there are no other changes.

It seems like there is a bug that if you were in Rift before update you can't exit. Me and several other players have got the same problem on Teon. I Sent a petition and they told me to make a full check -> no help.
Currently waiting for a reply for my second petition.
Are the servers down? I converted the PTS to live and trying to update it starts downloading the lineageII.new file and then crashes with the message that the "connection to the update server has been terminated" so is this my PC/ connection problem or are they just down?
