I've noticed inside oly that as i was trying to cast bless the body and mental shield using my lvl1 shield self buff,this skill had a longer reuse time from what it used to have.
Also on hunting grounds when i was recharging my main with my se,i had to wait to press again the key.I havent seen any infos for changes in reuse time on magic skills,anyone else also noticed something?
I think I already read about this (of course not in the patch notes, but it was on elliebelly.net as a report by Russian players after Freya went live there). Nukes, major heals, recharge etc. all have a really low recast timer (like 0.5s), so it's not really bad - but it helps against the stupid "click recharge once and get it activated twice in a row" bug. So I am actually happy about it, because with full buffs, renewal etc. I *always* manage to get heals and recharges accidentally fired off twice, and the only way around it is to click on the ground somewhere while the first recharge animation is running.

Looks like the change is similar to the change for pickup reuse time some updates before. Reportedly (I haven't tried it by myself yet), the solution is tha same as with pickup: if you wrap your skills with macros, their reuse is about the same as before.
So now to get the same bonus as a 150 element weapon i need 310? seems ill go rise subs for a long time. Anyone know how much element on armor needs to compensate the diference? I can barely hold myself now at places that i used to solo...
By the way, when you try to use a fast-refreshing skill twice in a row fast enough (like Trance, retarget, Trance) using an F-key with a skill on it, the second key press is often just ignored (with no message in system window at all). This does not happen when you use a macro instead.
