Whoever started 'customer is always right' should be shot. But then again maybe this is why I dont like customer interaction jobs, because I wouldnt have it very long lol.
Look past money (of course its important thats not what Im saying, else they wuddnt be doing anything at all for you) next time you buy a dinner and appreciate that someone actually cooked it for you, for instance.

Also, if the gm staff punches a clock when they get to work amd punches a clocl when they leave, more power to them if they are doing stuff on their own time.
If they are salary, the extra time should be automatic.
Ill be impressed when gms actually respond to you by showing up and checking possible botters at the time and place u find them. With only 2 servers this should become possible.

I do see big difference in GM activity last couple of days.
Not sure what have happen, who should I thank, but truth is such active GM's haven't been on servers since .... I don't remember possibly pre-Teon time. :rolleyes:
OK, they are paid for their job, but tbh it look like NC started to transfer money to their account very recently.
...So far all were working as volunteers :p
Keep it like that. Lets NC paying (attention), GM's be in game.
Hope it is not one-time-action to make merge easier to swallow but it is promise how assistance of new servers will be. :cool:

They always do, the problem is with the code that we get from korea not us.
Srsly...but who cares? They need to know the game, they have the way to check it. Dont tell me that they have to run with every detail do Korea.
I know, i know...taboo comment but - On private servers gms can check almost everything...they dont need to run to Korea...
Im sure he could easily check if it dropped but being as I told him that it doesn't drop and Korea knew about the flaw then why would it not make sense to contact Korea?
