When: 7PM - 11PM, Friday, October 8th, 2010. This is the same weekend as the New York Comic Con convention (http://www.newyorkcomiccon.com/), which is a ticketed event separate from the Meet & Greet.
Where: The Hudson Hotel (http://www.hudsonhotel.com/), New York City, NY, USA. This event is a first-come-first-served gathering that will be based on location capacity.
The NCsoft Meet & Greet is free and open to everyone.
Who will be there: Because this is an NCsoft-wide meet & greet, you will be able to meet the community teams and players from multiple NCsoft games:
Aion
Lineage 1
Lineage 2
City of Heroes/City of Villains
Guild Wars
You! - all attendees must be 18 years or older and with photo ID at all times.
What kind of activities will there be: We are still working out details, but we are planning to have consoles for gaming and trying out the different games, swag hand-outs, interaction and discussion with the community teams, and even a party!
Game consoles - All of the represented games will have at least 3 game consoles on which players can explore the game worlds and play for a little while.
Swag hand-outs - Each of the games will be offering swag of some kind or other, usually t-shirts, a toy, game time code boxes, posters and/or game boxes.
Games or Scavenger Hunts - Players are invited to engaging in some fun games around the event area to win some extra swag as prizes! Lineage II's game will be a sort of scavenger hunt and trivia contest.
Raffle - All of the NCsoft games are pitching in to make an awesome bundle of prizes representing each game, as the ultimate prize in the event-wide raffle!
11pm to bedtime - PARTY!!! We have a DJ coming in to turn the event area into a big dance party, so be ready to have some fun and buy some drinks!

Too bad, u started this about 2 years too late, but still, I appreciate this, since u arrived, and some others (too bad Pommo left too).
Alot has changed, or at least, SOMETHING happened, wether its good or bad right.
So, just, nice! Im from Europe myself, and a ticket to New York is too expensive, so good luck out there, and I hope some people show up :p
We will shortly have confirmation on the location of this Meet & Greet. So far we know that we will have swag (two kinds of new t-shirts, game time codes, tote bags and Lineage II-themed magnetic poetry) to hand out, as well as some scavenger-hunt-like activities! Start getting psyched up! :D

Thank you so much to everyone that came to the Meet & Greet! We had a presence of 16 players that came specifically for Lineage II, and many, many other attendees happily accepted Lineage II t-shirts. As a result, there were a lot of Lineage II t-shirts wandering around the Comic Con the next day. :D
The Meet & Greet was a lot of fun for me and I hope that all the players enjoyed themselves too. My co-workers and I agree that we need to do these more often, and I think we will! :)
NC did a great job hosting the party. I got free game card and t shirts and beer.... shame on all you new yorkrs who did not bother to show up. There were more L1 players than L2 players. Too bad NC did not showase Blade and Soul. I was looking forward to that. Oh, almost forgot to mention, Sace is cute.

I would like to say you BIG THANKS for our conversation. It was very informal.
I hope GMs will work more after merge to make this game more comfortable for legit players. I know after merge you guys have a lot of work to fix everything.
Also Thanks NCSoft for good time on Greet and Meet in NY in October. We had fun.
