I wanted to touch on a few subjects in this post....
First off, COOL! They have announced a merger date of Oct 5, now we know when it's coming. I'm somewhat shocked no one has posted about this yet...
TO: Sace
All of the links in the newsletter are broken and take you to some non-exist address.
Also i was going over the newsletter archive on the website and i have to say i'm alittle bit disappointed. Only three newsletters in the 09 year and nothing listed at all for this year?

I have seen the newsletter both in my hotmail email account and from the static image link, and the links work in both places. If you mouse-over the links in the email version, you will see some odd URLs, but they all redirect to the proper pages.
Newsletters no longer go out once per month. Instead they go out when there are major highlights that we want to send to all active and/or inactive Lineage II players.
EDIT: Perhaps some email clients aren't displaying the images or links properly, but I know that they work from Hotmail at least.

Gmail gives me server not found. What are you clicking on?
Ah, I see. Sorry, Gmail was only working because we were on the local work network. It appears to be a DNS issue of the email server not being able to recognize the redirect address as a server.
I'll go talk to the web team.
In the meantime, please use the link to the static image that I posted above.

It is possible that the newsletters are being sent out in batches, but everyone should receive theirs within a couple of days at most. That is, if you are slotted to receive one.
Here are couple of other reasons that you might not be receiving a newsletter:
It is being sent to an email address that you haven't checked. Newsletters are always sent to the email address that you have listed on your NCsoft Master Account. To find out what that email address is, simply log into your master account and click on "Account Profile." In that list of information, you will see the Email Address it is being sent to.
You are not registered as "Receiving Newsletter." This can be checked in the same place as above, on the Account Profile page of your NCsoft Master Account. It will say "Receiving Newsletter" 'Yes' or 'No.'
To change your email address or your "Receiving Newsletter" status, simply click on "Update Contact Information." Update your email address and check the box at the bottom of the page that says "Want to stay ahead of the game? Sign up here to receive the NCsoft newsletter, beta announcements, game trials and other exclusive offers - delivered straight to your inbox."

Sace are you the one who writes the Newsletter?

So nothing this year was of interest to newsletter about?
What about the Freya PTS, April Fool's Day Event, Vesper Weapon Giveaway, Nostalgia Contest, Gift of Vitality?
I know i've been gone for awhile, but i see everything so scaled back i'm wondering why i came back ?! :-(

Check and check and double checked.
I'm still signed to receive newsletters since 2004, but overtime i didn't get them anymore, i first thought it might be hotmail, but not sure what it can be seeing you get them via your hotmail just fine...
I also added the old and new email address, the newsletter is sent from, to my whitelists, i'm out of idea's.
maybe your ISP handles NCSoft email as junk mail?
Atleast mine ended up in the junkmail folder.
ISP isn't the problem since microsoft/hotmail isn't an/my ISP ;)
Especially since it's webmail, which can be used with any ISP.
I always double check the junk mail folder before i empty it.
I checked the account associated with your forum account and it looks like you are not opted in to receive newsletters. It shows that you opted out at the beginning of the year. Does your NCsoft Master Account show that you are opted in?

Edited: Sorry, never mind, I just checked and somehow since that vol 65 Newsletter I must have changed my account settings to not receive email from NCSoft, fixed now...
This newsletter went to both active and inactive Lineage II players.
I just checked the email associated with my NCsoft account and I only received the older Newsletter, vol 65.

It's actually been better than it has ever been since the end of C2/C3 when the rule of the bots started. It would have been better if the rule of the bots had been crushed NLT C3 for obvious reasons; but it wasn't, so here we few are.

That was weird, for my forum account it said "no" while i never changed that.
Though my other accounts have the option set to "yes" with the exact same email address, so either way my email address was still opted for it but not getting any newsletter.
o.O Nuku hates newsletters :-P
secretly i do, so secret that i didn't know about it... o.O
I have not recived a newsletter for awhile either. My master account says I'm opped in for the newletter, but I can't find on my forum account anything related to the newsletter.
