Bandersnatch mob level 68-69 crits 2k on level 68 necro+newbie buffs+avadon robe set? its 4th time today.. before that crits were 1.5k , ~1.7k...its almost whole HP :S
That damage is not really that unrealistic based off of the level of the mob Vs. the gear you have with consideration of the Newbie buffs. If I'm not mistaken, you don't get Bless The Body with Newbie buffs (Which might as well change, just give Improve Condition) - So you HP is low to begin with. Either way, to have died you would have been under 400 HP, and as a Necro unless your CDL'ing why would you even stay that low, considering you already knew the mobs would have been able to 2 Shot you before, use your drains!

If you were at 95% HP - You wouldn't have died. 95% HP is 2280. Mob crit you for 2007.

Element system changed and different mobs element attributes were changed as well. What damage you received before freya is irrelevant. The current damage you are receiving in the gear you have is normal.

apparently your character is worthless as u are getting 2 shot by lvl 68 mobs.
if you want to start a flame war, feel free, as it should be pretty obvious that i am open to flame wars. but my post was bringing up a fact that many mobs had their elements adjusted/added/reduced/etc. so maybe lighten up next time instead of being admitting that you don't understand the situation.
Umm, isnt that a crit from spells? (i dont see how a buffalo can crit 2k with a normal hit lol)

Anyways, same for me, i was lvling in cruma and the **** Excuro (or whatever theyre named) critted me 1.5k! i had max HP 1400 at the time.. u cant expect me to exp with a buffer with BTB on lvl 40~45.

1. buffalo is lvl 70 with wild stun attack + crit.rate
2. bandersnatch is lvl69
3. u have robe
4. if u cant 2shot a mob its a waste of blessed spiritshots change the field (waste of money)
5. learn ur mobs before flaming other ppl
6. buffalo has 2k p atk. so yeah... + it was his normal hit...not critical....

Hyperlite can be best for um but for me nothing..
1.Buffalo is showing only beast and short range attack weaknesses..
2.he can crit like that but its not element depended which makes hyperlite whole post useless...

I am lvl 70+ xping in Pavel ruins in A-grade +3 light armor set with newbie buffs.
The problem is, the mobs I hunt (lvl 72 golems) regularly crit me for 2.5-2.6k damage with their skills. I mean, it happens every few minutes when I don't kill the mob quickly enough.
So, once I've learned it (took only one death at the very first minute of trying out the new xp ground, as it was introduced in Freya), I began to watch my hp carefully. Once it drops under 2.6k I either use some overhit skill to finish it off in one hit, or (when low on mp) pop an elixir and continue fighting. As simple as that.

4. after 2 deaths like that wouldnt you think to maybe change spots or upgrade ur gear? instead u go back and do the same thing and expect the same thing not to happen....

on most servers that area is fully botted, maybe a live gm was doing somthing for once and was testing u or messin w/ ya... really i jus think avadon isnt gunna cut it there for u anymore.

p.attk increase is possible but element not., and they havent mention to changes about this mobs in anywhere...
At hotsprings ,near tents,before freya,a bufalo 1shoted my se(she was 80lvl at that time),she had her buffs and was wearing dc robe set.The most odd thing is,that se was just following me,noone hited that bufalo and bufalos arent aggro.
JayZa, have you tried to put some dyes on your char?
I'm not sure 100%, but I would try to put +4con-4str at least. Not suggesting any of magic dyes, I don't play mages and I'm not sure what they need, but +con and +dex maybe can save your life in such cases.
Con will add you hp, stun resist - those are nice for HS.

yea.. +4 con -4 STR, +4 INT+4 WIT -8 MEN are must dyes for me.. but cant afford them now.. and havent seen them in giran for a while.. a was not leveling since April with that char..

a mecro that level with that gear cannot 2-3 sho t those mobs.
my 80 necro is 2-3 shotting them with ol/ss buffs and p rofecy in dynasty with a 150 mace. get out of hot springs. you dont belong there. it was never good at that level, even im c5/interlude before spells failed on them at that leve

He is NOT hunting in Ketra he is hunting at Garden.
It is roughly 10 lvl differance.
If you would hit 3 times those mobs with full buffs and dynsty means that you really fail in game ;)
my screen is smal and i thought it was hot sprimgs. i dont know any live characters that leveled outside goddard, so i forgot tjat place existed. i pair bandersnatch and buffalo with either woa or hs, amd the fiels im the screen (which is hard to see on a wvga screen) looks more like hs to me. forgive the misunderstamdimg.

I was reading on a 4 inch WVGA screen and I don't have time to scroll into pictures, because it degrades hte quality and make them hard to see on a screen that small, anyways.
Usually when people talk about the MOBs in HS on a forum they just say Flava, Bandersnatch, Yeti, etc. They don't type hte entire words.
As for your 2-3 shotting those mobs, that's just terrible. Only an re-re would actually level on a 68 Necro in a place where there are 3 shot MOBs, and at that level Valley of Saints is markedly better than any place.
