For the rest of the population...sure, seems nice, except for the 30 min cooldown on vit pots, because in 30 minutes all your vit will be gone and the next pot will be useless >_>
is there a lvl cap for killing a tiger i mean can a lvl 20 char kill a tiger or he has to be 60+?
It is impossible to "kill" a tiger by using your weapon or any spells. The only way to subdue them is to use the potions. Therefore, player level is irrelevant.
if you remove/change for something else from the price list:
Hair Style Potion A/B/C/D/E/F/G
Hair Dye Potion A/B/C/D
Facelifting Potion A/B/C
and greatly increase the chance to get something good this could be a fun event although due to the incidents that happened lately I doubt people will enjoy this at all.
I'm sure i am going to get like 1k of those useless potions and maybe 1 or 2 elemental stones

Okay, going to have the throw the "Challenge Flag" on the "Ton of fun and useful items" when you are going to be giving out Facelifting, Hair Style, and Hair Color potions as being useful items in this stage of the game.
I'm going to have to agree with the others and say that facelifting potions and the like are some of the most worthless items you can put in an event. If anyone needs some of this junk I still have tons left over from C3 or something like that. There is nothing worse than doing an event and receiving useless items that have a 97% chance of dropping.

you should better **** right there. i agree 95% of the privat servers are ****, but there are Decent Servers that have better balanced Events and Gameplay than Retail does, and not to Forget a God**** Better Server Protection and Support. You know why Private Server have such a Boom? because People get Dissapointed in NCsoft whit all those bots and Grindfeast that you have to.

I'm not cynical, I'm experienced in NCSoft "Random"
unless they don't do something about the bots, this event will be a total failure, i managed to log in yesterday and try to do some TOI 10 floor as i had some Twin Coba left (yeah the one you stated they were supposed to be deleted after you screw them up in the merge) and wanted to bend NCsoft over and enjoy my game (if you know what i mean) :)....
but to my surprise they didn't work as i got the message "this seed may not be..."
...and my second surprise was to see a whole party of boots owning the place.....:(
so my point is with the current merge and the bots still running around it will be a waste of time trying to find a place in order to get the items, unless you go to the low levels hunting areas...oh but wait!! they are full of bots, WTF?!?!?!! am I the only one who noticed the dwarfs following the same path 24 hours a day....run, stop, turn, rung, get newbie buffs,run, teleport..hunt...return village....etc
although i love this game, i'm kinda getting tired of it.... :((

its a Automated Script,Sadly now Imagine they need like 15 min for a Script for the Event even less.
than you see all bots summon 24/7 and getting tons of apiga yey
no-one wants/needs these, they are "delete" rewards. how often does someone say "i am gonna change my appearance today!" (in game of course, not talking about you women out there!). people usually select their "style" on character creation or at most change their appearance once.
either way it doesn't warrant them as a reward within an event.
on the flip side i hate to be negative, so i would like to say its great to see a new event! we usually get "pumpkin/squash/useless animated transform" events this time of year, so a change is welcome!
NC can't fool us anymore. Whenever an event is out, everyone knows a simple truth. The chances for "useful" items (facelift/hair/etc) will be around 99% and the chances for really useful items will equal in winning the lottery. I preffer lottery to be honest.

the scrolls may in fact be the only way to manage finances in this event, as last time i checked those facelift and hairstyle potions did not resell to merchants.
however, time will tell.
by the wording of the page it seems to me that one receives a box containing the potions and within that box is the possibility of another box which holds your gear.
much akin to the rudolph event.
however one would hope that of all the cues NC said they were taking and learning from, it would be the greater chance to have good gear than for multitudinous potionry.
so i'm going to go out on a limb and say from the wording of the page it looks like one can equally be rewarded a treasure box as much as a hairstyle box.
but that makes me wonder just how many sleepy scrolls one has to throw at the tigers.
