Where are the adena of the CH bidders?

When server oppened my clan bid for a clan hall. the bids closed but the adena is taken away...

first of all, why would you do that?

second of all, open a support ticket.

my advice is just that ppl who bid just have to lose their money,all know it was a mistake that CH was in auction.
