NCSOFT, you have to ban everyone who is using bot program, not only those who are grinding with it. If a player uses walker/superman to buff/scout, HE MUST BE BANNED!!!! (I think the bot server ip can be traced). If you disagrees with me, please let me know too, then I will get on walker to scout as well!!! :mad::mad::mad:

its not easy to Trace Bots some use a GameGuard Simulator so there is no Difference in the packets beign send.
however its kinda easy to see if a Player is using bot even when he is on the client and watching when people come to answer.

Only flaw is that the packages sent by the bot programs when logging in is the following the old protocols yet strangely enough the server accept those packages.
Should be easy to detect the packages even before the bot selects the server to issue an auto-ban like many java based private servers are doing at the moment.
The GameGuard simulator of the out of client version isn't flawless and can be detected.
Oh and not to mention that walker/superman uses the arrow keys to move around (have you noticed how the bots takes a few steps back before changing target, same effect as if you move forward and let go of the arrow key) so it should be relatively easy to detect that as well. The only time it uses X,Y locations to go to a location is when following a set path or another character (you notice the bot knows exactly where the lead player is going).
Now with 6x the amount of GM's (if they didn't get moved to other games), it should be 6x faster to ban the bots and radar/control users.
I rerolled for the merge. I'm Lv.31 right now, but while I was grinding in Cruma Tower, as well as the Ant Nest, I had to PK a couple of bots. My PK count is only up to 5 now though :p
thats suggesting that bones drop/spoil from lvl 80+ mobs...
yeah...only thing i see from 80 mobs is **** annoying Metallic Fiber
every single **** mobs, can't they vary it a bit as that thing is nearly useless on crafting

We are legit and sell mats as we dont craft ourselves.
Buying off from bots that aim for rare at discounted prices is the way to go if you are legit. We do have tons of mats and the newbies put them in CWh too while we pay them all they need up to a grade.
I can buy weapons and armors below cost of mats while crafting is 60%. So why bother craft ? Legits buy, dont craft, we dont need rare really.

P.S. Bothered doing manor for bones ? you will be surprised how easy you can get mats if you are legit, level is harder tho...

First who is "we?" I don't know anyone who wouldn't like to have top gear or MW stuff. But maybe thats NEED and not want. I guess i can give you that :P
Legits don't craft? Seriosuly? Then where do you get the adena for those weapons you "don't craft" Last I checked 400mil for a sawsword wasnt exactly a cake walk...every legit person i played with crfated their AG back int he day, BG, hell someone had to craft the top AG weapons im pretty sure some legit people crft some, and SG? no llegit player crafted Sg or S80? THATS AMAZING!!!

You have mats form your own hunting that you didnt pay for.
But seriosuly your CWH may have a lto of mats but when you have 100 memebers and you need 80-90 of a mat for 50 crafts im pretty sure you don't have enough ot support everyone, yeha the manor is nice but it doesnt always get you what you need.
As for the bots being getting bones and stuff , catacombs give -10-12 per spoil hence why they are there not to mention AA.
Not that i support bots but people who bot up to get lvl 85 yeha thats ******ed and should be banned but bots who just farm mats dont bother me, you cna hit them and they leave aroom its that simple.
I've played legit since chron 1 hence my lack of lvl's but you arent going to rid of bots and if you've played this game long enough you venting about it in every other post isnt going to solve the issue especially not now have years of beating the dead horse not stuck? The longe rbots stay and pay subscriptions the longer L2 exists.
Something amazing just happened before my eyes.
Was trying to find one bot free room on Forbidden path cat, and failed miserably. So I decided to Wright a petition reporting a classic bot party (Crappy gear, not using SS, perfect synchronism, etc )
Five minutes later, I got a response from GM Jonathan and 5 seconds later they were all gone!
So, Thanks a lot Gm Jonathan for this awesome job , was like some large L2 hope pots lol
P.S I posted this on the bot Thread , but since this topic is about the same subject I`ve posted here too. Just keep reporting and praying to GM Jonathan be on duty.
