why not at the morning when most eu players are working or are in school?

Because the people working on it happen to work at those hours. it would be awesome for everyone if they did separate restarts for EU and NA, but you have to agree that would be too much to ask for.
How about making the quest work again. The sel oel mahum quest cant be turned in for example. Why not fix things that are broken. I know you want too take our mind of what is happening by this event.
AND PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FREAKING SECURITY. In the past 6 years i have seen like 4/5 people get hacked. In the last week like 3/4 clannies got hacked...fixing the problem is less support tickets for you guys.
i have a feeling the the tw badges fixed yet? will become the l2bin fix yet? cry of each maintenance lol
uh? the l2.bi was fixed with the freya patch, or at least I used to have huge problems with the l2.bin file and now they are gone, I can run 2 clients same comp, log in, etc.. without the former l2.bin problems, and I haven't crashed at all since the freya patch. Something funny though is not everytime my wife uses the microwave, I disconnect O.o Im serious!, started happening 2 days ago...

The microwave thing happens to plenty of people that are using a wireless connection.

This is called wireless interference. It also is a problem for people who use 2.4GhZ Cordless Phone systems in their home. Wifi signal can even be stopped by certain building construction materials - as an example, a lot of people here in the southwest have issues with Wifi and stucco.
I can recommend either moving to direct-wired system (Ethernet) or another form of direct connection like Ethernet-over-AC.

its possible your clannies gave their account information to someone; even higher odds that that person is within your clan.
each time when i start l2 on win 7 updater fails to run for first time. second succeed. i have to kill process to remove that stuck updater version. will this ever be fixed or its something else causing this?

A big lol. People don't get hacked! This game can't be hacked. People use third party programs. Specifically programs which already have been hacked and injected with viruses.
So I would say: How about telling your friends to stop using bots :).
The server maintenance had a small delay (we had to catch all the tigers and put tracking beacons on them). They should be coming up in the next 15 minutes.
It looks like the account services (except for server transfers) availability will be delayed a bit longer. They will be back up within the next week, and I'll see if I can get it sped up any sooner.
i was expecting more from the event it was like 5 min throwing stupid hearts to the tigers and collect like 5 apigas and done wait 12 hours....+ when other players seduce the tiger too you dont get a scroll lawl
edit : not to forget you get at 2nd spawn the stupid PIG and your done for...

Account services were delayed for a while, and I changed the maintenance post to reflect that. They will likely be available after next maintenance. As soon as we know for sure I will post.
