In my opinion the epic reset should be a permanent feature to allow everyone equal opportunity to reset the epic quest, but if you do that i guess you might as well make it worth 60% the first time.
Everyone else got to do it and they goofed when they didnt let people know that they were removing the news informer so this is to fix that problem dont like it too bad.

I know that some players had not done this quest when the first reset was made but it was also a gift for those who had made to 79 had put hard work to complete the quest and made it again. if someone started later or had not put as much effort as others why he should get this gift too?! When the first reset came it was for all who could use it and was a gift from NC to us as in the event of going to freya. Now you put the ability only for those that missed it? With this kind of logic a player started in 2008 has missed many events should he be rewarded for that? and more over, older players exped in more difficult enviroment than the ones now (no pots from mobs no newbie buffs no so many high lvl places) shouldnt they be given this gift one more time (3rd time)?
i mean you can reset this quest with every chronical change or big thing like merges and who ever can benefit from it then he should do it.
I feel great for all those who will be given the chance to redo the quest but this either means that u will never reput the chance to redo the quest for those who made it twice or just live the npc there so who ever gets to lvl 79 can do the quest twice cause it will never be fair even with the way you do it now.
There will always be ppl close to 79 but not just there yet that will miss it and they will ask for it too!

It isn't like they brought it back 6 months or a year later, it was a few weeks. Only a few people will have got to lv 79 that weren't there previously.
He's back as of today and will be here for one week. :)

Made petition and got a brilliant answer from gm which wasn't helping me much:(
