so youre happy to see a PTS update for Korea, that may or may not make it OUT of pts to live, and that if it does, it will be still over a YEAR away before WE get to pts test it.
you assume too much, sir. i was promised sweep festival many years ago, back in SargeNC days.
let alone making BH a dagger class which is lolz.
if the update actually makes it here, i'll be fairly content.
i suspect NCWest will be closed by then. 10k accounts dwindling daily... closure is imminent.
Honestly, I dont think Titan, Dread...ect., got anything to complain about or need.... dwarfs and especially BH/FS been years behind others for ages... just because dwarfs finally get something that shoulda been given years ago, dosnt mean others should be given even more too.
And dont think they be closing down soon lol, more logical next step would be NA + EU server merge.
OK **** the dwarfs... Can someone fluent in babblefished korean tell me if BDs get anything. Thx
PS- I say we take up a collection to get Sace Korean lessons, and then she can be our translator slave
. Dance Of Medusa' skill change
- Reuse time reduction (Decrease in cooldown)
- Duration reduced (Target is turned into stone for not as long)
- Apply the anti-petrification effect nested (Maybe a fix about fighting petrification?)
- Enhanced skills (time): Duration reduced (up to 120 seconds -> up to 25 seconds)
2. 2.Demonic Blade Dance' skill change
- Skill power increases
- Increasing the probability of success
- Duration reduced
- MP consumption decreases
- Cast time reduced
3. 3. 'Motion Of Defense' add a new skill (New skill, learned at lvl 60, increases P.def/evasion and M.def, Probably classed as a dance(Probably called (Dance of Defense" Or something along those lines.))
- 60-level learning
- His defense / avoidance / spell resistance increases.
Was already expecting them to give DC party zerk and OL haste, after all they love orc buffers. But I did not expect the bounty hunter -> dagger thing lol

Thx bro, and the last one sounds to me like they are giving BD a self buff because they are giving SWS a self buff that gives atk spd, crit dmg, and patk. So offensive self buff for SWS and defensive self buff for BD would make sense.

Yes, they already had that buff in the game on the PTS for High Five update, but then removed it again and only left the sws version in. Now BD have their buff back, and it makes sense (sws -> defensive, gets offensive self-buff, bd -> offensive, gets defensive self-buff).
Well for dagger classes that dun like that FS gets dagger mastery, i'd say "calm down".
FS dont get the skills that makes a dagger class a dagger class, like: Assassination, shadow, hide, bluff, crit wound, passive boost evasion/att. speed, dash, sand bomb, crit blow, porting behind opponents back, focus chance, focus death...ect. and UE.

Not like it will be a problem.

Bounty Hunter
Increases Crit.Rate by 20/30/40% and the power of Critical Hits by 177/295/384 points. A Dagger or Dual Dagger and Light Armor must be equipped.

Focus Chance and Power.
Yea, but thats still peanuts next to the rest that they dont get, which is 100% fair.... FS with dagger will still be pure pve..... kinda like a SH with rapier and their crit buff, but without all the rest.
In the end its still FAR from a real dagger class, which is the way it should be too.
dread need more skills half the skills we have no use what so ever and are a joke.
I know it's a fantasy game but it seems ncsoft needs a lesson of military history, pole weapons were the most popular and used weapons during middle ages in Europe and Asia and spears in ancient times.I have yet to see an army of just daggers
Seriously, dorfs with dagger mastery is ridiculous. Why not fix the blunt mastery for dorfs to give it some critical chance instead of flood the toon with skills that don´t belong to its natural design?

To be honest, it has always bothered me that the two dwarf classes have basicaly been the same. I personaly wellcome the change. I also think it fits, crafter sit and bang things togheter and uses golem to assist him, spoiler is running around searching for materials.

I'm glad to hear of BH/FS getting some attention after years of neglect, but I can't help but think that many of those changes don't fit with the theme of the class at all.
Instead of just giving them rehashes of skills from other classes, my opinion is that they should get skills based around dwarven technology. A lassoing skill would be useful to slow/hold enemies and prevent the dwarf from being kited. A dwarven hand-cannon would also be helpful to attack enemies that try to stay out of range. A skill/device that burned spirit ore to temporarily block incoming magic would also help to round-out a major weakness of dwarves.
Another thing I would love to see would be a technological "Sweep Cubic" or "Sweep Agathion" that would automatically sweep spoiled enemies.
Also, as was already mentioned Blunt Mastery could use a second look, as +4 accuracy was never an adequate tradeoff for the abysmal critical rate of blunt weapons.
There are many things they could do that would benefit the BH/FS without just making them into another generic dagger class.

They don't need Hide skill... they are short enought to not be seen in the battlefield XD
Sweeper Festival is finally being rereleased...
i wonder if they fixed any bugs associated with it's hold?
they introduced Sweeper Festival way back in like C3, but held it off for some reason after the initial beta phases.
if you find yourself with skill viewer, it's Skill ID: 444
perhaps it was deemed too powerful.
but with End game the way it is now, so many aoe options it seems it is now necessary.
EDIT: to avoid double posting.
OL now get Haste... yay OL.
Burning Chop now available with all melee weapons, enchantable.
Warcryer :( berzerkers spirit :(
nice. i guess Haste pots will go down in price.
side note....
BabelFish opening Line... "Goodbye is. Lineage 2 is."
here i thought this was last update...
All in all, i'm happy for fortune seekers, it's been a long time coming.
i mean they're rogues by nature, but brutes by mechanics?
seemed a little off.

Looking at the above skill description, does this mean, that come Hi5, Dynasty Leather DE I & II Dagger Mastery will now be wearable by Fortune Seekers?
no idea to that but I wanted to point something else out to all 80+ spoilers in High Five the new end game mobs in Dragon Cave will spoil BEAS/BEWS (low chance I guess but it's there)
There is a reason spoilers cry a lot u know :S They r the most boring character in the whole L1 + L2 world. You play with spoiler for 1 hour and you feel you want to die and don't want to play l2 anymore. :S You lvl up a spoiler till 61 and you think you have lvled up a mage till 80 instead lol.
You hit with spoiler and you check if you have a death penalty you forgot to remove, but no, this is how spoiler is.
You check your inv every 20mins for spoils and you wonder if u had been killing blue mobs. BUT NOOOOO, you just spoil white mobs ;S.
And lastly you try using skill on a mob and then you realize you have 0 mana left to spoil the mob next to you.
*I play with spoiler with full pro/se/bd/sws/crafter buffs and i still spoiler is a torturing class. Only good for spoiling parts or recipes, For mats manor ftw
(if u ever find seeds or crops)
SO +++++++1 to spoiler given new skills. Although at least in my opinion they should make spoil skill and sweep consume 0 mana like agression. Only then spoiling will become a little more fun XD.

I have no idea what kind of spoiler you played, but maybe you just generally fail at the game?
I spoiled 670 sop and 2k metallic thread last night. And 4x/5x hp mobs were dropping left and right.
PS. Mobs need to be spoiled to generate extra mats. A wolf cant spoil mobs for you, but they can help obliterate them...
PS2. I'm still psyched about getting "underbelly" stabs :D

10,000+1. I resubscribed solely because SBSPS fell below 500 per shot. I left because they rose to over 800 per shot making it impossible to level without losing a fortune. If NC wishes to keep me they either need to remove shots and double our damage or else implement controls to keep shot costs reasonable.

I have a problem. How can my FS stop crying when she hasn't stopped spoiling mobs long enough to start. Same for my other to BH. Fully agree with H4T3MONG3R. Best class in the game, though nukers are good for getting recipes and mats too.
Can't compete with Smittie on the big Angels. Maybe if dorf stopped spoiling long enough to level up subs she too could kill Angels that fast.
Now if someone would just give me some pointers on what to cry about, maybe then I could...
BRB, there's a mob. Going to make it blue..
If you want mats, manor > spoil anyday finger in the nose.
But that's true that BH are good for seeding, as they kill slow enough to have several attempts in case the first one didn't work.

WTB dual blunt masteries and UNIQUE skills to the dwarf classes.
This is just ******ed and would rather them not give us the dagger masteries. I already have a dagger main and I'm sure there are a few out there with dagger subs on their dwarfs.
Thanks Smittie for the information. The only duo teams I seen who can out do me spoiling have been well subbed. Good to see what you can do with 3 buffers/healers. I only Duo there, third account toons aren't high enough. Only use an A weapon too, but it does as much damage as the BBH I have and costs a lot less to use. Still, I can't get nearly as much stuff there, but what I do get is all free. Adena drops more than pay my costs.
Good Hunting :)
Greedy dorf, or just a hoarder by nature, that I am, I keep all that stuff, and sometimes craft too. But made millions selling off the D and C stuff, when it became junk. Hope to do better still with the B, A and S stuff.
Still have toons/subs who are not S80+, so gear, mastercraft for them, is still a possible goal. I hear NC might actually add/fix content for toons who are not lvl 79+, so hopefully some of this stuff may someday be usefully. At least the NPC suckers pay good hard adena for it either way. :)
I've seen the Core parties, you aint fooling me.
I doubt what you do is more useful lol.
I've seen EvilMuky in "the Core parties". I wonder what it should mean for whatever you do while being in your clan
But anyway, I got 40% over the event weekend at 82 and am lvl 83 now. Do you think I should have spoiled SOP instead?
you mean like PVP in a PVP game ?
Core rarely PvPs. But if you want to join, say, Frintezza killing, that can be arranged.
Does anyone know if BH has to be wearing light armor only to get the dagger mastery + new dagger skills? Or, can you still wear hvy armor and get new dagger skills?
The only thing I never logged on during double xp/sp weekend was my spoiler, the point of a spoiler is not to lvl fast, its to gather mats.
My spoiler was logged in, and was gathering mats at the best place to gather mats on Chronos: Giran market. She lost her birthday buff, though.
So you are saying Core still has enough members to raid Frintezza? Cool, I heard your numbers were dwindling, guess that was just a rumor.
Core? Dwindling??? Someone must have been grossly misinformed, lol.
Core online has like doubled since before the merge.
Gratz on 83. I guess you have a new skill to use when your party fails pve now.
Not really. There's a Judicator for that. But yes, I changed the route of my robe mastery enchant.
