Characters Missing at selection Window.

I am missing characters at the character selection window seems I have 3 old toons that I have not ever played instead and end with 8 on it. On another account I only have 2 characters. Also I am missing items such as Sp scrools and seeds.

What should I do? What can I do?

I would contact Support via email or in game petition. Were they all below level 10? Also, are they on the same game account?

sry with the same old answer, but send a ticket to NC. not a ingame ticket mind you send it here http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=4654&p_created=1153411696&p_sid=ZNkG4yck&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPSZwX3NvcnRfYnk9JnBfZ3JpZHNvcnQ9JnBfc m93X2NudD0xMDAyLDEwMDImcF9wcm9kcz0mcF9jYXRzPSZwX3B 2PSZwX2N2PSZwX3NlYXJjaF90eXBlPWFuc3dlcnMuc2VhcmNoX 25sJnBfcGFnZT0x&p_li=&p_topview=1

No they are two seperate accounts and they were both between lvl 15 and 19 on the account with 7 characters.

The odd thing is the ones that they were replaced with are ones that I may have made back in beta they are lvl 1.

The other account only has two characters now. The ones that are missing were also between lvl 20 to 24.

Please send a support ticket (http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php?p_sid=va-k3zck&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPSZwX3NvcnRfYnk9JnBfZ3JpZHNvcnQ9JnBfc m93X2NudD0xMDAyLDEwMDImcF9wcm9kcz0mcF9jYXRzPSZwX3B 2PSZwX2N2PSZwX3NlYXJjaF90eXBlPWFuc3dlcnMuc2VhcmNoX 25sJnBfcGFnZT0x) if you haven't already, and the GMs can investigate the issue for you.
