Server Ping?!

I play on the Chronos server and my ping is 13! How sick is that, eh?
What about you guys? anyone else have really top notch connections to the server?

I have on Naia 43. However, on one computer the client got stuck at an impossible number when I login shows 9743 or so and similar numbers to chronos too. However, it is not a problem, game is same, at least on naia, didnt check Chronos :P

85 ping for me, been about the same even since they located the NA serves to Texas or whatever.

I play from western Canada.

when it was in seattle.... 30ms ping..

now.. it's 150ish

Your ping will be 170 when NCsoft sells the servers to Innova :rolleyes:

Is funny when some ppl complain about a 80-100 ping like is the the end of the world, while the vast majority of south american/euro people play with 150+ (some with 200+) for years. At least Euro ppl have their server to minimize latency (the ones that play in NA server dont have the right to complain imo), but for south american people, it's sad, specially when playing melee classes that require more accurate timming/reaction (dagger).

Well it's 230+ ping for me now and it was ~273 ping before the merge. I did (and still do) a good job at keeping people alive though :P

mine went up to 299 for chronos (where i play)...
and its like 340 for naia

I always had a ping of 80-90 before the server move, since then I have a ping of 139 or thereabouts..

Initially I had a heap of lag in Giran (more shops) added more ram this took my windows rating from 5.0 to 6.4 (faster ram and 2 banks of 2gb), and that fixed it for me..

Changed my Graphics card (windows 7 rating went from 4.5 to 5.9) and I can have full
graphics again.


Shame I'm peeved with certain things NC did, and certain other things they didn't do, so will probably quit now anyway. And before you ask, my gear/adena etc is accounted for when I leave.
