When i go to reactivate my account it says my credit card is used too many times. I only have 2 accounts at the moment on it. i use to have 4 but now i only have 2 on that card.
when i went to go look at the ncsoft website i found this:
" The limit of NCsoft master accounts that are allowed to have the same credit/debit card number is three"
" Removing the credit/debit card on any of your accounts will not release that account as one of the three. Your credit/debit card can always be used on an account as long as it is on one of the three accounts."
So pretty much i cant use MY credit card for my account because its " been used too many times". i cant buy the game online from NcSoft store either because my card has " been used too many times". I also cant buy time cards from any store where i am because they dont have any and most of the stores do not carry lineage2.
anyone have any suggestions on how to reactivate my account?
