server down 15 minutes before maintenance window

We need to trade in event items and the server is down. Hope we will not lose them and you do something about it.

The event NPCs are supposed to stay in game for another week. Allowing people to trade in their apiga.

October 25, 2010 (I guess they ment 26)
All servers will be down for maintenance Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at 8am PDT / 10am CDT / 11am EDT / 3pm UTC/GMT. Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

With this maintenance:
The Catch a Tiger event ends. All event items will be removed, including all tiger scrolls, sedative potions, and apigas. All event rewards will be kept, including "Event milk."

Event items left-over from the Freya Celebration event will be removed.

The Trick or Treat GM Event will begin. All characters will receive a Golden Jack O'Lantern Mask 7 Day Pack. By opening the pack, you will receive a jack o'lantern mask on a 7-day expiration timer. Any unopened packs will be removed on November 9.

I think ncsoft is trying to make a stronger man out of us, building strong characters from the mocking NPCs.

And this is the official answer.

"According to our internal logs the Naia server went down at the proper time. By the time the first 30 minute warning is issued players are expected to find a safe location to log out. We advise players not to wait until the last minutes to use event items. Even if the server did go down 15 minutes early as you suggest, we would still not reimburse any apigas lost."

It seems my clock on my pc, mobile, wall decided to stop for 15 minutes to 17:45 and the fact that I was trying to re-loging for 15 minutes witnessing Chronos server up and Naia down must be just my imagination.
Looks like they earn lots of money and they do not honor a single customer with his worthless 13 euros.

I am witness of that because i was going to take new quest before i went offline what was like 17 minutes before countdown end... and i a froze before i took the quest. also i am building web page that show online/offline status of naia server and it was indicatin offline server 14 minutes before it sposed to go into mainenace mode (web script was showing that server went down because it was before normal mainenance time)
