Just wondering... What is everyone's predictions for ppl that lost hero? I see Nova took the chunk of them this month. So will their competition march on or /emo_rage_quit?
My clan lost the few we had, but I'm guessing that it's a bit more traumatic for some of the top clans from the other servers.
To those upset they no longer can compete at a level worthy of winning a Hero designation and plan to leave. I would like you to know that I am excepting any and all items.

Common! , either fight harder, feed more, better coalitons to prevent this from happening, but seriously, starting this kind of post here is cryish imo. It might work on blah.

i agree.. more people should quit their jobs.. stay up more hours of the day sitting at a computer... doing what it takes to make it in lineage II.... the hero of the game..
screw family/friends/life/proper higene, food, sunlight, etc... in general.... L2 110% or ****..
what's the point in playing if you can't commit more then 8 hours a day.... the hours needed to buy gear and jewels and the remaining hours to do nothing but hero....

I'm not crying superstar because I don't care all that much. I'm lvl 81 and a BD, so I pretty much am a 2 shot in Oly. I do know that some ppl will quit though if they had hero on lock down and now can't take it, it's just the way L2 works. So please, gain some reading comprehension skills before you try to come at me with flames.

never come to Naia as Oly there is way more hardcore then Chronos..

tbh, I can see a lot of people who only play for Oly quitting. It will get really bad at the end of the month when all 88 arenas are in use and you are getting 1 pointers and your enemy is getting 10 pointers. There is no longer skill involved, only luck. It will just turn into a feeding wave based Oly, where you'll try and have higher point nobles only in the feeding waves. One of the worst changes NCSoft is making, and hopefully NA can say "no thanks".

Ahahahah. I remember Nova heroes complaining about "random players" that choose to play Oly at the very end of month (so that Nova enforcers could not farm them as usual).
So, when Nova complains about something, it means someone is actually doing something right. ;)
Let's see, it's quite simple: if you do Oly on random days, you mostly likely end up getting some ridiculously overpowered enforcer in every single match, because there are too many olympiad farmers sitting on their iron rears in front of the Oly manager all nights long. But if you do it at the very end of month, chances are you'll get another "random player" to have a FAIR match with (or some afk'er to get free points from).
I've tried both approaches, and the latter worked so much better. And I'd like to encourage everyone to do the same, and zerg the Oly manager on the last weekend of every month. :)

tbh the oly now a days doesnt involve skills as main thing u need to get hero.
first of all , to get hero u have to go with no life , spetialy if ur not at the power house clan .. an example is Northem from IN didnt get hero even no lifing it cuz nova feeded arandra ... and even some vg members did it.
another example is giccobe... he own so easy martel and also farms better then it vs other classes.. but still he cant farm no life
second point .. oly = 70% gear , then 20% is skill and 10% luck.
for example , pytho keeps his pp hero and he farms by him self and he have all gears for it... its alot but he also have skills , otherwise he wouldnt be able to farm , and if u see theres prob only him and one more pp that has those gears, and hes alot more skilled then the other , thats why he gets it but if it wasnt that much gear based, prob other ppls could take it.
so this less oly thing will be indeed good , and gona make olys alot better and organized and skill based also. with alot more luck also.
so i say it'll be 30% skills 40% gear and 30% luck.

Actually, it won't. Because they are changing the matching system so that you will fight your enemy, and those 1-pointers will fight each other.
