I have enough issues with GG and the whole "L2 applications" experience, that I'm not going to lag up even more with their talk app.

She means its an in-game program that makes players (party/clan/alliance)
talk with voice instead of letters.
Id personally like it very much. because a good ventrillo server costs money per month.
If we can use this service sometime with the same money we pay for game it would be awesome and easier to use I guess.
Tabula Rasa had talk software in it. I didn't have a microphone at the time, but did listen in when in parties using it. It seemed to work fine. Never heard any complaints, but didn't check the Forums where complaining seems to be the main activity.
Would be nice to have it built into the game. But somedays i really don't want to listen to an entire clan of people talking all at once, would be ridiculously annoying.
In case you can't work it out for yourself, you can't cry about something that's not in-game. I voiced my opinion about how badly NCSoft applications are with respect to co-existing with other apps on my machine; There was a while where I couldn't run Visual studio on my PC if L2 was running (ok i guess running L2 in shop mode on a works PC is probably pushing the boundaries of company tolerance, but that's a different story), but they seem to have fixed that one.
I happen to like Ventrilo / Teamspeak / Skype to chat away whilst grinding out the XP but with the lag that is common for a lot of people, it would be nice NOT to have it on NC servers. Also as I play on Chronos server and I am in Europe, the ping is a little higher than Naia too. Hence my preference to use a UK Vent Server (it seems better anyway). And before someone make a smart *** comment about moving server; No.
