Server Maintenance - 11 - 09

All servers will be down for maintenance on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 8am PDT / 10am CDT / 11am EDT / 3pm UTC/GMT. Estimated downtime is approximately 3 hours.

With this maintenance:


The Double XP/SP Weekend will end.
Queued server transfers will be processed.
Remaining event items from the Catch a Tiger event will be deleted.
Any unopened Golden Jack O'Lantern Packs will be deleted.


Be sure to open your Golden Jack O'Lantern pack before the maintenance. (It's in your warehouse and it looks like a gift box.)

Would be great to have one of those gms visit that gives buffs and vit just before the servers goes down.

The server maintenance today is being extended by 1 hour.

To all the GM's thank you very much for the DOUBLE XP/SP event weekend.

That was a fantastic idea and look forward to more of the same event. The GM buffs and VItality replenishing was a beautiful touch.

Great Job to you all. You get ripped for every little mistake, so you more then deserve a compliment when you do good work.

Yeah....this little doubleXP event, was just what i needed as i dont play that much :) Beautiful touch indeed. I'll rate it with 5 Stars ***** Keep em' coming :D

The part I loved was finding out I had the ability to summon the GMs simply by eating a revita pop. FML lol

For once, I'll echo the others. This event was far nicer than any previous one. No items to worry about, no crazy grind on silly monsters, no time constraints, no stress hoping you get lucky for that rare uber drop. With this even I shall be content with what was given and say thank you.

To explain the delayed server maintenance, the server transfers that were previously queued up have taken a longer than expected amount of time to process. Because of the time it is taking to process all of the requests, we have temporarily closed server transfer requests at this time. We may not be able to process all of the requests that were queued prior to the maintenance today. Any requests that do not get processed today will be queued for the maintenance window next week.

After we have established the appropriate number of transfers that can be processed during the weekly maintenance, we will open up the transfer service again and let you know what the limit is.

Iam Euro player on US server and i want to transfer with all my buffers.

U are talking about a limit and till 1 Jan will be impossible to trasnfer all the people they want too.So many gona loose the free code and they need to pay.Like other people said on some other posts.. Limit is 60 atm... we got 8 weeks... thats 480 chars. Not enought for me.

I hope u will not perma close the trasnfer to the EURO server like u did in the past and we will be able to trasnfer.

If we end up placing a more strict limit on the transfer queue, we can indeed explore the possibility of extending the expiration for the free transfer codes.

I'm sure there are many of us who have planned to move but have not done the web process yet as we are still selling items, using vit items etc before transfer.

I do not have news yet. Our network engineering team is investigating the transfer speeds that were experienced during maintenance yesterday. As soon as we have more information, we'll let you know.

If u dont have a solution by monday,...please do the 60 transfers u can do, so some people already can go to the server they want to .

But dont cut it off completely, just go ahead for 60 next downtime if there's no solution by then.
